One of the things that really cause people who are trying to heal from narcissistic abuse to get stuck is the refusal to accept reality. It is typical to try and bargain with reality for another outcome but that process of bargaining will keep you stuck in fantasy and you won't make much progress in your healing.
Whether or not you are in or coming out of a narcissistically abusive relationship, or if you find you are resisting reality in some other way, this episode has something for everyone.
