The FlameWalker Podcast helps those recovering from the trauma of narcissistic abuse — and those navigating spiritual crisis, emotional collapse, or the dark night of the soul — find clarity, strength, and awakening through deeper truth.
Hosted by Kaleah LaRoche, this podcast walks the edge between shadow and spirit, trauma and transcendence. It speaks to those who have been broken open by life and are searching for meaning, direction, and a path back to their true essence.
Each episode weaves spiritual insight, shadow psychology, and energetic awareness into a grounded map of transformation — exploring how the ego illusion shatters, how the self is rebuilt, and how awakening unfolds through the fire.
If you are walking through the flames of awakening, you are not alone.
You are a FlameWalker — one who turns pain into power, darkness into wisdom, and fire into light.

After the end of a relationship, Elliott Katz sought to learn about being a man in a relationship. He spoke with other men who were also confused about the messages they received about a man's role. He also found books on marriage and relationships said little to him. He uncovered powerful timeless insights in the lessons that fathers and other older male role models taught younger men. People started seeking his advice and would say, “Why didn’t someone tell me this before?” While he wrote Being the Strong Man A Woman Wants for men in North America, many of the books are bought by women who ask how can I get my husband or boyfriend to read it. It is also striking a chord in other countries and being published in 15 languages in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Elliott Katz is also a professional speechwriter in Toronto and the author of seven nonfiction books and has done many radio and television interviews. Audiences find him informative and lively. He teaches the principles in this book to men and women, and speaks at seminars and conferences
